Part-Time Call Center Sales & Service Representative

We are accepting applications for part-time Call Center Sales and Service Representatives in our Roosevelt Call Center location. We are looking for Call Center Representatives that can manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions. This person will be the contact between STRATA Networks and its current and potential customers. Representative must be able to effectively solve customer questions and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction as the primary goal. This person will be responsible for seizing opportunities to upsell products and services along with building sustainable relationships. A completed type test will be will be requested at the time of interview. 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.

Database Administrator

Database Administrator Job Duties:

  • Plans database upgrades by maintaining , evaluating, and improving a transaction processing model
  • Assesses database performance by developing a protocol for measurement of results and identification of problem areas.
  • Supports database performance by monitoring database performance; evaluating and resolving processing and programming problems; designing database management tools; answering user questions.
  • Secures database by preparing access and control policies and procedures; implementing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Supports application design by contributing expertise to applications, operations, and technical support teams.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Write efficient and proper T-SQL queries to analyze and retrieve data for reporting purposes, to perform common database functions such as building stored procedures, views, tables, indexes, etc. 
  • Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, transaction logging, recovery, migration, etc. 
  • SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS) and Report Builder experience preferred
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
